The miserable wet and windy weather we have been seeing recently coupled with the dark nights starting to draw in means a lot of people are feeling very down in the dumps. There are thousands of people that will feel a little worse about these dark months to come and will actually be clinically depressed. This form of depression is known as SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and is brought on by the short amount of time the sun decides to shine in the winter.
