For many, once they become older and the fast pace lifestyle is no longer appealing. They choose a slower life. Consequentially their adrenals glands slow and the person finds that the negative emotional reactions of the past that were avoided begin to appear in their lives. For many they find that a slight depression, lifelessness or a feeling that there must be more to life than this begins to appear in this slower time.
