Although you may think so anxiety attacks and depression are not in fact the same. However at first glance they do seem very similar. In most cases depression will generate emotions so a person may feel that everything is hopeless, they may feel angry and there may be feelings to despair. In these kinds of people their energy levels are normally very low and people with depression will often feel overwhelmed by the tasks that they need to do in their day to day lives and also in their relationships with other people.
